This is a notification that your Hong Kong VPS will be migrated to a new VPS node. After seeing many performance-related problems with the current VPS nodes, we have acquired a more powerful Dual E5-2620v2 node within the SoftLayer Hong Kong datacenter and we will be moving you over. We believe this is beneficial for your VPS as it will improve its performance across multiple areas. The migration window is the following, however your VPS will only go down for a brief period of no longer than one (1) hour.

There will be an IP change associated to this move. Once all VPS are migrated we will email you your new IP address. You may also find your new IP address by logging into the VPS control panel. All IP's starting with 119 and 209 will be renumbered.
If you currently have a NAT VPS, this is good news for you! You will no longer have a shared IP and you will be assigned a dedicated IP address, for free!
